Only 17 Percent of Big Companies Analyzed Lean Right: 2nd Vote Analytics

Of the big companies analyzed so far, 2nd Vote Analytics has found 17 percent lean right, 57 percent lean left, and 25 percent are neutral on key social issues. 2nd Vote has analyzed around 5 percent of American companies with over $25 million in revenue.

The businesses are rated on where they stand on issues like abortion, the First Amendment, family, the Second Amendment, military, law enforcement, border control, education, and the environment.

Bryant Haines, president of 2nd Vote Analytics, told NTD’s Paul Greaney that the firm’s research goes as deep as possible.

“We study both monetary and nonmonetary actions of corporations in terms of their philanthropy, their advocacy, their policies and their executives. And then we get into the forensic findings that we gather on that, whether it’s open source intelligence or whistleblower insights that we get shared with us.”

Haines says some companies are already taking action on the data 2nd Vote has uncovered. Macy’s insisted it wasn’t donating to Planned Parenthood—until the analytics firm showed them the proof. Macy’s then pulled its funding.

Greaney sat down with Haines at FreedomFest 2022.
