Sustainable Budget Project Aims to Curb State Government Spending to Enrich Americans

A new project aims to help states maintain balanced budgets in order to put more money back in the pockets of Americans. Vance Ginn, the president of Ginn Economic Consulting, has partnered with Americans for Tax Reform to develop the “Sustainable Budget Project” to this end. Mr. Ginn says limiting government creates more liberty and allows citizens to prosper—but requires reigning in excessive state government spending.
