The Colorado Supreme Court ruled on Dec. 19 that former President Donald Trump is ineligible to appear on the state’s primary ballot. The case is now expected to head to the U.S. Supreme Court. The former president is receiving support from presidential candidates.
Thousands of doctors and health care workers are suing the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The lawsuit argues that a mandate from the agency could force doctors to provide so-called “gender-affirming care” to children—even if they believe it’s medically wrong for the patient, or if it goes against their religious beliefs.
