North Korea Spy Satellite Gives Regime Better Battle-Damage Assessment Capabilities: Analyst

The North Korean regime claims to have “detailed” images of the White House, the Pentagon, and U.S. aircraft carriers. NTD hears some in-depth analysis on the impact North Korea’s recently launched spy satellite could have from Bruce Klingner, a senior research fellow for Northeast Asia at The Heritage Foundation’s Asian Studies Center.

Mr. Klingner says this is the regime’s first military reconnaissance satellite, which improves significantly the North Korean communist regime’s abilities to track potential targets and do battle-damage assessment in the event of a conflict.
