New Debate Rules Give Biden Advantage: Analyst

The hosting organization of the first presidential debate, CNN, has unveiled the rules for the matchup in Atlanta on June 27. The rules include muted microphones outside of designated speaking times, no props, no live audience, and no communication with campaign staff during commercial breaks.

According to Mike Leon, NTD contributor and the director of policy and strategy at the Free and Equal Elections Foundation, as well as the host of the “Can We Please Talk?” news commentary podcast, President Joe Biden has the advantage under these rules.
