The Supreme Court is expected to rule Monday on whether former President Donald Trump should be immune from criminal prosecution in his election interference case. According to Joe Luppino-Esposito, the deputy legal policy director at the Pacific Legal Foundation, a mixed ruling is most likely, in which the case will be sent back to trial court.
