Retired U.S. Army Major Gen. Randy Manner talks about the values he learned from serving the military, and how he hopes to see them reflected in the next administration. He told NTD’s Kelly Wright, the values he learned as a soldier included “to respect others, treat others with dignity and respect, be part of the team, selfless service.”
