NTD spoke to John Malcolm, the vice president of The Heritage Foundation’s Institute for Constitutional Government and the director of the Meese Center for Legal and Judicial Studies. He said Fulton County judge Scott McAfee is unlikely to throw out the case as he decides whether District Attorney Fani Willis should be disqualified over an alleged romantic relationship with a prosecutor.
