Almost all of AT&T’s customers have had their text and call records stolen, although the content of the texts and calls were not exposed.

European regulators have charged Elon Musk’s X with breaching the European Commission’s Digital Services Act. The regulators are accusing the platform of misleading its users, among other violations. Mr. Musk denies the claims, saying he looks forward to a public trial where the European people can learn the truth.

Falling energy prices were a big bright spot in this week’s CPI and PPI inflation reports, but with the recent hurricane in Texas, prices could be heading back up, at least in the near term. Business Matters speaks to the head of petroleum analysis at Gas Buddy.
