Man Allegedly Shot 2 Illegal Immigrants in Texas; Todd Bensman Exposes Texans’ Frustration

A hundred miles east of El Paso on Sept. 27, a man in a pickup truck allegedly shot at a group of illegal immigrants, killing one man and injuring a woman, according to the Department of Homeland Security.
