An appeals court has denied former President Donald Trump’s request to delay his criminal trial in New York. Paul Kamenar, the lead counsel at the National Legal and Policy Center, told NTD that President Trump’s effort to delay the trial is not yet over, as the motion to delay can still be raised during the jury selection process if the defense feels they cannot get a fair trial.
