Foundation Test
There are so many foundations and products to enhance your skin out there in all types of coverage, consistencies, textures, staying power and price tags, everything from luminous, dewy, matte, satin, semi-matte to all day wear and 12 hour stay. The question is, which of these foundations actually gives you the most natural look as though you’re not wearing anything and it’s just naturally glowing and healthy?
Well today we’re here to break it down for you to see how a tinted moisturizer, skin tint, CC cream and low coverage foundation are different, and we’re going to try each one on each side of the face over 2 days and put them to the ultimate test!
Types of Products
Skin tint – Skin tint lies between bare skin and a little bit of makeup, it’s this wash of color over the skin that’s light weight and light coverage. It evens out discoloration and leaves your face looking more toned and smooth.
Tinted moisturizer – You use it as a moisturizer but you also get more coverage, tinted moisturizer evens out the complexion and provides hydration to the skin.
CC cream – CC stands for “color correction,” it’s great for camouflaging redness or dull skin, CC cream can range from a sheer coverage to more of a medium.
Foundation – We are going to use a low coverage foundation, the most sheer of the range.
