Sen. Rick Scott Invites VP Harris to Preside Over Impeachment

Sen. Rick Scott (R-Fla.) wrote a letter to Vice President Kamala Harris asking her to take her constitutional role as president of the Senate in the upcoming impeachment proceedings against Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.
