Seeking Safety: How to Understand the Criminal Mind to Avoid Being a Victim of Crime

Our health and well-being are things we often talk about, but what about our safety?

Being aware of our surroundings and knowing how to stay safe and seek escape when we need it, even in everyday places like a parking lot, can protect more than just your health.

Staying safe doesn’t have an age limit and doesn’t mean we have to become fearful or suspicious. To learn how, I took a safety lesson from an expert.
