The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals has reinstated a ban on the federal government’s Title IX rule in four states, namely Georgia, Alabama, Florida, and South Carolina.

According to Cherise Trump, the executive director of Speech First, this protects the freedom of speech of students who do not subscribe to the LGBT or transgender movements.
