President-elect Donald Trump has been named Time magazine’s “Person of the Year” for the second time. Time says that since he started running for president in 2015, perhaps no single person has played a larger role in changing the course of politics and history than Trump.
President Joe Biden will commute the sentences of about 1,500 individuals, marking the biggest single-day act of clemency in modern history. 39 people who were convicted of non-violent crimes are also being pardoned.
