NATO’s 2 Percent of GDP Defense Spending Requirement a Considerable Boost to Deterrence: Security Analyst

For NATO member states, spending 2 percent of their country’s GDP on defense used to be a goal. Now, however, it’s a requirement, according to Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
