Over 400 people have been arrested after government buildings in Brazil were breached and attacked over the weekend. Those include the country’s Congress, Supreme Court, and the presidential palace in the capital of Brasilia. It comes a week after President Lula da Silva was inaugurated. He also outlines what Lula has done in response.
