International Tennis Federation President: China’s Peng Shuai ‘Appears to Be Safe’

The president of the international tennis federation, David Haggerty, commented Thursday on the whereabouts of Chinese tennis star Peng Shuai. He said he spoke with her six weeks ago through video call.
