Hostile Regimes Use ‘Proxies’ to Carry Out Bidding Abroad to Avoid Implication: Marc Ruskin

U.S. intelligence agencies are warning that China, Iran, and other repressive states are recruiting pawns to help them target their critics in the United States. The FBI is warning individuals and organizations to be on the lookout for improper efforts of obtaining information or other ways of supporting these malicious operations.
