In her first joint interview with her running mate, Gov. Tim Walz, presidential candidate Vice President Kamala Harris defended shifting her position on certain policy issues, such as Medicare for all, a ban on fracking, and decriminalizing border crossings. She also highlighted her approach to what she says is price gouging by grocery retailers, with plans to implement a price cap.
