Vice President Kamala Harris made a stop at Michigan State University on Sunday to rally young voters ahead of Election Day. Michigan had the highest youth voter turnout in the last presidential election at 37 percent.
Harris is headed to Pennsylvania on Monday, with planned stops in Pittsburgh and a concert rally in Philadelphia.
