An ABC News/Ipsos poll shows Vice President Kamala Harris with a slight lead over former President Donald Trump nationally. Just over a month ago, polling showed President Joe Biden and Trump locked in a tie.
According to former Kansas State Rep. Raj Goyle, the reason for the shift is that although Americans liked Biden’s actions, they were concerned about his age. Harris, however, is 22 years younger than Biden.
