NTD gets some tips on running a successful startup from Ricardo Jiménez, an entrepreneur and the author of “Crash Course.” His company, Plushkies, made toys in the shape of countries, but the company failed due to lack of traction and the entrepreneur’s diminished savings. The lessons he learned include not underestimating the capital required, doing enough market research, and remembering self-care when expectations aren’t met.
