Michigan’s Supreme Court will keep Trump on that state’s ballot. The court rejected an appeal by groups seeking to bar him from running in the state. These groups allege Trump shouldn’t be allowed to run because they say his role in the January 6th capital breech makes him party to an insurrection in violation of the 14th amendment. NTD spoke with Paul Kamenar, Lead Counsel at the National Legal and Policy Center, on why the Michigan Supreme Court rejected the appeal.
