The race to dominate the artificial intelligence (AI) sphere is well underway between the United States and China. Anders Corr, the publisher of the Journal of Political Risk, explained to NTD the Chinese regime’s huge investment in higher education courses related to AI.
Mr. Corr points to a study showing that China has two to three times more AI researchers than the United States as measured by the number of publications at top conferences. He postulates China may lead the United States in this field in the future, generating a variety of risks.
