Colorado’s Supreme Court is evaluating whether former President Donald Trump should be allowed to appear on the presidential primary ballot in the state in 2024.
NTD spoke to Bart Marcois, a former presidential campaign policy advisor, for his insight on the likelihood of a positive outcome for the former president. “It’s an impossible thing for a democracy to claim to be democratic when it’s trying to remove the choice of the voters from the ballot,” he said.
