“2nd Greatest” is a story about local shopkeepers, the town council, the mayor, the police—everybody—getting worked up over a run-down neighborhood and the aggressive behavior of one particular homeless guy. When a young new pastor comes to town, he can’t shake the feeling that he and his church can bring healing and help to a divided community.
