China Surpassing US by Stealing and Spending on Research and Technology: Spalding

President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump will take the stage for a presidential debate Thursday night. Ahead of the faceoff, NTD spoke with retired U.S. Air Force Brigadier General Robert Spalding about the major concerns the two should address on stage when it comes to China. Brig. Gen. Spalding warned that China is surpassing the United States when it comes to space and artificial intelligence. He said it’s because China is heavily investing in research and technology and he charged that China is willing to steal technology to stay ahead.
