California’s high-speed rail construction is being delayed yet again—this time for another year. California is pushing back its construction date for the high-speed rail project to 2023 from its 2022 deadline.
According to the Associated Press, the state is asking the Biden administration for a one-year extension to finish building the 119-mile track in the Central Valley.
The Board of Directors will have their public meeting livestreamed tomorrow morning at 10 a.m. to discuss the Revised 2020 Business Plan for the project.
