This rich and creamy banana ice cream is easy to make and refreshing to eat. Made using dairy-free milks and without any added sugars, it is the perfect way to satisfy a sweet craving. Additional fruit and ingredients can be added to create different flavors.

Ingredients:
Blueberry Banana:
• 3 frozen ripe bananas
• 1½ cups (150g) frozen blueberries
• ⅓ cup (80ml) fresh coconut milk
Mango:
• 3 frozen ripe bananas
• 2 cups (190g) frozen mango
• ½ tsp salt
• ⅓ cup (80ml) almond milk
• 1½ tsp turmeric Powder (optional)
Chocolate:
• 3 frozen ripe bananas
• 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1½ tsp vanilla extract
• ½ cup (120ml) almond milk
Preparation:
1. Peel and slice the bananas.
2. Freeze overnight in an airtight resealable container. If using other fruit to add to the ice cream (such as mango or blueberries), also chop and freeze.
3a. Blueberry banana flavor: Add the frozen bananas, frozen blueberries, and coconut milk to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth and thick. Go to step 4.
3b. Mango banana flavor: Add the frozen bananas, frozen mangoes, salt, unsweetened almond milk, and turmeric powder (optional) to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth and thick. Go to step 4.
3c. Chocolate banana flavor: Add the frozen bananas, unsweetened cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and unsweetened almond milk to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth and thick. Go to step 4.
4. For all flavors: Transfer blended mixture into loaf tins or freezer safe containers and freeze for at least 4 hours.
5. Scoop and enjoy on its own or with your favorite added toppings. Delicious.
