Analyst: ‘Preventable’ Trump Assassination Attempt Resulted From Lack of Inter-Agency Communication

The bipartisan House task force investigating the assassination attempts on President-elect Donald Trump released it final report on Tuesday. The report said that the Butler, Pennsylvania shooting was “preventable” and the result of a series of preexisting security failures.
