A little prep can go along way. Next time you’re preparing a smoothie, cut up some extra fruits and veggies and toss them in the freezer. Your future self will thank you. These ready-to-go smoothie packs will be good for up to 6 months.
Strawnana Sunrise Smoothie
Freeze:
- 3/4 cup strawberry
- 1 banana
- 3/4 cup pineapple
Smoothie:
- Put frozen fruit in blender
- Add liquid of choice (we used almond milk)
- Add sweetener of choice (we prefer honey or maple syrup)
- Blend, pour, enjoy!
Cucumber Dole Whip Smoothie
Freeze:
- Cucumber
- Pineapple
- Kale
- Parsley
Smoothie:
- Put frozen fruit in blender
- Add liquid of choice (we used almond milk)
- Add sweetener of choice (we prefer honey or maple syrup)
- Blend, pour, enjoy!
Triple Berry Beet Smoothie
Freeze:
- 2/3 cup blackberry
- 2/3 cup blueberry
- 1 small-med sized beet
- 2/3 cup strawberry
Smoothie:

- Add liquid of choice (we used almond milk)
- Add sweetener of choice (we prefer honey or maple syrup)

Popeye on Vacation Smoothie
Freeze:
- Orange
- Avocado
- Spinach
Smoothie:
- Put frozen fruit in blender
- Add liquid of choice (we used almond milk, would be great with OJ or pineapple juice)
- Add sweetener of choice (we prefer honey or maple syrup)
- Blend, pour, enjoy!
