Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Sept. 12 confirmed that Russia started a counter-offensive into its Kursk region. Russia says it successfully re-captured 10 settlements in the region. The Pentagon says the offensive is only marginal so far, but added that the United States is keeping an eye on it.
