Teenage voters could have a major impact on the outcome of the election this year if they turn out to vote. An unprecedented push is underway in Pennsylvania to energize the state’s youngest and newest voters: 18-year-old high school seniors. In 2020, fewer than half of 18- and 19-year-old voters nationwide cast ballots in the election. Now in Pennsylvania, local officials and organizations are working to change that.
