Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu held a press conference Wednesday afternoon defending his position that Isreali troops should control and monitor the Philadelphi Corridor as part of any cease-fire deal. The narrow strip of land constitutes the border Gaza shares with Egypt to its south. Hamas could use the corridor to obtain weapons and resources to rebuild in Gaza.
