Some of the world’s top bull riders are in New York this week, ready to compete for $100,000 in prize money.
But if the cowboys are bucked off the bull in less than 8 seconds, they have to go home empty-handed.
“That’s kind of what makes bull riding the most cool sport in the world, but it’s also the most humbling sport in the world,” said Mason Taylor, one of the contestants. “You can go from being a millionaire one year to flat being broke the next two years.”
The competition will kick off this Friday night Jan. 4, 2020.
