White House Says US Plans to ‘Outlast’ Putin in Ukraine

White House spokesperson Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters in an Oct. 2 press briefing that the Biden administration wants Congress to continue to fund and support Ukraine in its war with Russia, publicly saying, “If Putin thinks he can outlast us, he’s wrong.”
