Students and staff at universities across the United States are being forced to undertake diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training courses—which impresses upon students issues such as white privilege, the need to dismantle systems of oppression (including the United States itself), and so on.
Now, however, the Iowa Board of Regents has approved recommendations to scale back DEI initiatives.
