The University of Minnesota joined the list of colleges where students are protesting and demanding the school divest from companies allegedly aiding Israel’s military efforts in Gaza, as a large number of protesters gathered and marched through the campus on Thursday.
With chants of ‘No peace on stolen land,” among others, students at the Minnesota college joined a growing number of their peers on other campuses across the United States in protests following last week’s arrest of more than 100 demonstrators at New York’s Columbia University.
