The top U.S. envoy at the United Nations has called on Israel to reconsider legislation that would impede the work of the U.N. relief agency in Gaza, UNRWA. Meanwhile, Israel is accusing the U.N. of turning a blind eye to the members of the Hamas terror group it says have infiltrated UNRWA.
