Former President Donald Trump revealed during a speech at the Detroit Economic Club in Michigan that his youngest daughter, Tiffany, is pregnant.
“She’s going to have a baby, so that’s nice,” Trump said during remarks on Oct.10.
The former president was there to speak of his economic proposals, including a plan to revamp the U.S. auto industry. Detroit was once the world’s leading automaker during the 20th century.
Trump announced the news after greeting audience members, which included his son-in-law’s father, Dr. Massad Boulos, whom he called a “very special man … many of you know him. He’s a very successful man.”
He said son-in-law Michael Boulos is also an “exceptional young man,” and his daughter Tiffany is an “exceptional young woman.”
The 30-year-old first daughter began dating Michael in 2018.
The couple were engaged in January 2021, she announced in an Instagram post.
“It has been an honor to celebrate many milestones historic occasions and create memories with my family here at the White House, none more special than my engagement to my amazing fiancé Michael!” she wrote in the caption, accompanying a photo of the couple at the White House in what was the last month of her father’s presidential term.
They married at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago in November 2022.
Born in Lebanon in August 1997, Michael grew up in Nigeria and has been the associate director of his father’s multi-billion dollar enterprise since 2016, as reported by The Epoch Times.
Tiffany graduated from Washington’s Georgetown University Law Center in May 2020 with a Juris Doctor in Tech and Cyber National Security and Criminal Justice, according to her Instagram.
She is the only child of Trump’s marriage to Marla Maples, which lasted from 1993 to 1999.
