Vice President Kamala Harris will hold a town hall with undecided voters on CNN on Wednesday, after Republican presidential nominee former President Donald Trump rejected an offer to debate the Democratic nominee for a second time.

Harris tried and failed to convince Trump to agree to a second presidential debate on CNN after their first and only presidential debate, which took place in September on ABC News.

Her televised town hall will take place before a live audience of undecided voters from Pennsylvania in Delaware County, outside of Philadelphia.

Meanwhile, Trump had two stops planned in Georgia on Wednesday, first at a religious-themed “believers and ballots” event in Zebulon and later a rally in Duluth.

Sponsored by Turning Point PAC and Turning Point Action, the rally will feature influential speakers alongside Trump, including former Fox News host Tucker Carlson, former Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard, Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, and former independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Pennsylvania and Georgia are among the seven battleground states that will decide who wins the presidency, and both candidates are likely to spend much of the rest of their campaigns visiting them.

Michelle Obama to Headline Rally in Georgia

Former First Lady Michelle Obama is set to lead a rally in Atlanta on Oct. 29. Joined by celebrities and civic leaders, her event aims to mobilize inactive voters and boost support for Harris.

Obama’s rally is organized by When We All Vote, a nonpartisan civic engagement group she founded in 2018 with the mission to “transform the culture around voting” and engage those less likely to participate in politics and elections.

The specific celebrities attending Obama’s rally remain unclear, but organizers highlighted that the group’s co-chairs include professional basketball players Stephen Curry and Chris Paul, musical artists Becky G, H.E.R., Selena Gomez, Jennifer Lopez, and Janelle Monáe, beauty influencer Bretman Rock, and actors Tom Hanks, Lin-Manuel Miranda, and Kerry Washington.

Surrogates campaigning for Trump and Harris are fanning out across the nation this week. Harris’s vice presidential pick, Tim Walz, will travel to North Carolina and Pennsylvania after campaigning with former President Barack Obama in Wisconsin on Tuesday.

Trump’s running mate JD Vance will head to Reno, Nevada on Wednesday.
