Texas Parent Allowed Back on School Property, Judge Says Trespass Was Invalid

A parent in McKinney, Texas was not allowed to attend any of his children’s school events for almost a year. Now, in a proposal, a judge says that parent should have never been banned in the first place. Please be advised, some of the language may be disturbing.
