President-elect Donald Trump has nominated Robert F. Kennedy Jr., former presidential candidate and son of the late Robert F. Kennedy and nephew of President John F. Kennedy, to be the secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS). The sprawling department encompasses 13 different agencies including the Food and Drug Administration, Center for Disease Control, and National Institute of Health.
