Crystal Aponte tweeted the video of her dad, Andy Aponte, opening what looked like a regular gift bag Saturday night. A few seconds into the video Andy pulls out a Chewbacca teddy bear. After Crystal tells her dad there is more to the teddy bear he realizes the teddy bear talks—and what comes next is absolutely heartwarming.
Andy gets a special message from his daughter Cassandra and her husband:
“Hey dad, just wanted to wish you a very happy father’s day and to let you know that…we’re having a baby!”
The baby announcement left Andy speechless, hugging onto “Chewy” and crying happy tears.
Andy said on his personal Twitter page that this will be his first grandchild and that when he or she is born he will be holding his grandchild in one arm and Chewy in another to give us all a first glimpse.
Dad Stops Daughter’s Wedding. But When He Returns With One Man, Everyone’s in Tears
All her life, Brittany Peck, of LaGrange, Ohio, was struggling between her torn relations: her mom and her two dads. But she was still blessed indeed, because they all loved their lovely daughter! Then on her wedding day, it was like all was perfectly harmonized…
Brittany was a 6-year-old child when she witnessed her parents going in for divorce. Going through the emotional trauma at a very young age and later adjusting with her new stepfather had been quite a difficult task.

It is natural that a biological father and stepfather tend to be uncomfortable with each other and have kinds of unusual differences that often lead to intolerance.
But both of her dads, biological dad Todd Bachman and stepdad Todd Cendrosky, showed their love and affection towards Brittany in the most adorable and healthy way. She was indeed their beloved daughter!

On Brittany’s wedding day on Sept. 26, 2015, she was truly in a dilemma: it was a difficult decision for Brittany to choose whom of the two loving fathers should walk her down the aisle. But she had to pick one, so she chose her biological father for this honorable act.
As they were walking down the aisle, suddenly, her biological father, Bachman, stopped and said he would be back in a minute.

Bachman rushed to Cendrosky and pulled him by the arm. Then, the two fathers ran down the aisle. It was like her biological dad knew it was the most special day for her daughter and so he could not let her stepdad miss out on the honor.
“I had no clue, and he reached out his hand and said: ‘Hey, you had as much a part in raising her as I did. Let’s go walk our daughter down the aisle,’” Cendrosky said in the CBS Sunday Morning video. “And that’s when I lost it.”
“It meant the world to me. It was the happiest moment of my life walking down the aisle with both of them,” Brittany said.
"There is no better way to thank somebody than to assist me walking her down the aisle."

It meant a lot to Brittany because “less than 10 years ago, my dad and stepdad wouldn’t even look at each other.” The bride told People: “There was a long custody battle and it was bad, really bad. It really hurt my sister and I.”
Speaking to The New York Times, Brittany’s mother, Candace Cendrosky, said: “That was an awesome moment, it was magical, it was an outstanding thing to do. He made my husband’s world, he really did. And that makes me feel great. Deep down I really do believe he did this for Brittany.”

All were surprised and happy at this sudden gesture of Bachman. Actually, it conveyed so much in action: respecting others’ feelings and honoring others’ wishes is something that makes relations harmonious and worth living.
Also, through the story, Brittany hopes parents learn to always put their children first.
“I think a lot of people who saw the photos are going through divorces, custody battles and putting their children in the middle,” she said. “I hope parents see our story and learn not to put their kids in the middle and try their hardest to work it out.”
"You had just as much a part of this as I did. You're going to come and help me walk our daughter down the aisle."
