Shen Yun Performing Arts took to the stage in São Paulo, Brazil, on April 27 and April 28. Audience members marveled at the company’s artistry and said they valued the opportunity to experience ancient Chinese culture.
Cleber Viana, an attorney said, “It’s magnificent. The presentation, the attire, the costumes, the music, the flawless script, impeccable.”
Matheus Moreira dos Santos, an architect, said, “I’d wanted to see a production about Chinese culture, and what really stood out to me was the orchestra, the blend of Western and Eastern instruments. It was truly a one-of-a-kind experience. It was magnificent. I feel very happy.”
“I was able to connect with Chinese culture. It’s incredible because you constantly find yourself reliving your own emotions through the performance. It’s as though they’re giving voice to emotions that are already within us. It’s remarkable,” said Sávio de Oliveira Valei, an attorney.
Juliana Manso, a psychologist, said, “the energy is very positive, bringing peace and serenity. The show’s vibrant colors beautifully evoke the Divine, peace, and tranquility.”
Traditional Chinese culture finds its roots in spirituality and belief in the Divine. Shen Yun showcases those themes in its music and dance stories.
Mr. Viana said, “The spiritual message, the message of tolerance, love, respect, spirituality. Very, very beautiful.”
Luciana Soares Buschinelli, a business owner and former dance teacher, said, “The songs evoke memories of kindness in the world we live in, which is in need of a thorough reassessment.”
“I felt a very positive energy. It enhanced my outlook, my way of thinking, and the appreciation of good ideas. This is extremely important in today’s world,” said Moacir Bueno Marques, a doctor.
Shen Yun brings an all-new performance to audiences every season, and currently, it has 8 companies traveling the world simultaneously.
“They are fantastic, truly unparalleled. It’s a performance that is definitely worth watching,” said Vânia Patrícia Teixeira Viana, a psychologist.
“They were intricately designed, fantastic, and vibrant. I think they’re particularly enchanting for children, who are absolutely captivated,” said Luciano Paolucci, an attorney.
“I believe it’s a performance that everyone should have the chance to witness. It’s truly magnificent. Such perfection and elegance. It’s simply breathtaking,” said Noemi Dametto, a former business owner.
Theo Vanderloo, a former CEO said, “I think the cultural aspect of China, the colors, the backdrop, the images they use as backgrounds, clothing, the customs, all of it forms the ensemble. The complete opera experience, in the literal sense.”
Shen Yun will perform in Curitiba, Brazil, on May 7 and May 8.
