At least 51 people are dead and over 230 injured in the Ukrainian city of Poltava, according to Ukraine’s Office for the Prosecutor General, after a Russian missile strike.

NTD spoke with the former lead intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance coordinator for the U.S. Army in Europe, Kervin Aucoin, about the air strike that allegedly hit a military training facility and a nearby hospital.
