Russian President Vladimir Putin is boosting Russian Army troops to make it the second-largest armed force in the world after China. With the latest decree, Russia will increase its number of troops by 180,000 to a total of 1.5 million.
The development comes as Putin issues a warning against the use of NATO weapons in long-range strikes against Russia.
