Rep. Flood: SEC Circumvented Process to Make Policy Decision

The U.S. House of Representatives has repealed a controversial rule by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The rule regulated how banks handle digital assets, like cryptocurrencies. Rep. Mike Flood (R-Neb.) originally introduced a resolution to overturn the SEC rule.
